Returns & Exchanges

We want you to absolutely love your new purchase, but we understand that sometimes you may just “like it a little bit”.If you are interested in returning an item we are here to help!

Can I Return an Item?
Eligible items can be returned.

We are happy to provide you with a return shipping label. However, eligible items must be notified for return 7 calendar days from the date you received it. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs which are non refundable. 

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased:
  • You have 7 calendar days from the day you received it to notify us for returning the item.
  • Returned items must be unworn (free of any stains, makeup, or deodorant stains) and unwashed.
  • All tags must be attached when returned.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective items must be reported within 2 days of delivery or the return cannot be issued. 
If you believe you were sent the wrong items contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase!

Can I Exchange?

We will happily exchange your item! However, due to high demand, we cannot guarantee we will have what you want. If the product you want is no longer in stock, we would be happy to offer you store credit instead. A standard shipping fee of $6.95 to us, and $16.99 worldwide will be charged to your card in the event of an exchange for shipping and handling.

So how do you get started?

Check that your items qualify for returns.
Send email to returns@kadencecollection.com subject line should read: “I want to [Return or Exchange] + Product name.

The Following information should be included in the email (all information included in email will not be shared with anyone else):
1. Full Name
2. Contact Details: Email or Phone
3. Order Number
4. Name of Garments Returned
5. Exchange Items
6. Reason for Return

Upon arrival of new shipping label (this will be emailed to you for print) place the items in a small mailing box or padded envelope. Ship the item back to us. Please be advised to retain proof of postage receipt as we are unable to accept responsibility for any lost or damaged parcels incurred in transit to our warehouse

How long do you take to processing funds?

You will receive an email confirming that we have received your item. Processing time can take up to 14 days, we really appreciate your patience.

If we deny your items we will send items back to you and will provide an explanation detailing the reasons that your request did not meet our return policy.  For items that are denied, we will charge a fee of $6.95 for us customers and $16.99 worldwide customers for shipping and handling.

After Processing:
You will receive an email with any store credit information!
